Lindsey Vonn amazingly showcased how she’s on a miraculous fast track to recovery by posting video of herself doing pull-ups mere weeks after breaking her right arm.
The Olympic champ on Wednesday took to Instagram to document her mind-blowing workout, which has to come as a shock considering a humerus fracture typically takes anywhere between four to eight weeks to heal and up to 12 weeks to regain complete strength.
“Making progress,” Vonn wrote alongside the impressive video. Indeed.
Vonn’s injury occurred during a training exercise in Colorado. Surgery was required during which a rod was inserted into her arm. The all-world skier took to Facebook to document the damage done.
The 32-year-old later posted gruesome evidence on Twitter of the after-effects of the aforementioned surgery.
Gonna need a lot of cocoa butter to get rid of this scar… pic.twitter.com/oIQGfVIYmk

The notion that Vonn already is doing pull-ups as part of her rehab is not only baffling — especially to mere mortals — but a testament to a commitment to her sport and her drive to continue her reign as one of the top downhill skiers in the world.
